Picking up Air Pure tomorrow. What should I know?

And? Doesn't everyone? ...I mean...it's normal to do so even after a year ...right? (Nervous laughter)...kidding of course but it's par for the course for such a beautiful car...! Enjoy it!

Same thoughts as me...loud wind noise and last two cars were German where there was none of these issues ever ..but I still love my car...

Picking up Air Pure tomorrow. What should I know?

If I were to do it again, I'd not focus too much on lists and be more in a 'lets have most fun with no worry' mindset...but obviously I say that after going through every possible list at my pickup...try to stop and remember the moment you drive off and floor it for the first time as your car...

No fault fender bender at $15k

Thank you. Agreed, it's quite shocking to me that the type of damage you had would lead to the car getting totalled! Food for thought for sure ..good luck!

No fault fender bender at $15k

Just for my education, when they do declare it totaled .then what happens? How're you made whole? Also if you can give me some sense of your insurance monthly premiums I'd truly appreciate it. Thanks and good luck!

(Estimate) Single family house installation quote: is this reasonable?

Your quote seems expensive. I got it done for about $800 in the Houston, TX area, hardwired and galvanized conduit. I also looked up the electrician's license online whenever someone claimed they were licensed. Its easy and assures you of their quality and honesty (Cos they figure you wont...

    Touring interior light question

That is 100% inaccurate of service to tell you...I have a 2023 Touring and I can confirm that ALL the ambient lighting colors change and its a very apparent change...I know cos changing the themes was my 6yr old's favorite thing to do when we got the car and he got a kick out of seeing his door...

    Wind noise

There are several threads and discussions around this... for me it's the no. 1 most pesky problem I have had with the car.. during winters times, it's worse cos I can feel a stream of cold air coming in making it quiet uncomfortable... service did replace my gaskets around the door but the issue...

    Auto Park

Over the last month, I've had near 100% success rate in getting it to auto park! I look forward to doing this now... my only trick is to go slow.. like 4 or 5 mph.. and stay away from the parked cars about 5 feet... and it will find a spot.. I just hope I've not jinxed it now... and it once...

    Rivian R1S

FWIW, I test drove a R1S and it was simply too big n bulky for my family of 3 and at most 5 when family visits..I'm very glad I waited and bought a Lucid.. R1S does sit very high for sure

    Servicing after 15K miles

12k miles or one year, whichever happens first, is the trigger for first service.

    Wind noise

Yeah but my issue during winters became that it made the top left of my forehead and left ear colder than the rest of my body... cold wind became a bigger that wind noise... but after service it is better than before but not 100% gone.. I'll wear a hat during winters
