I have the same question. I am currently under the impression that active dimming is only in the interior rear view mirror and I can see it switch too. Why do our phones then have a favorites section in a phone ok if you could always just go to recent calls? It's convenience because your favorites list is static and thus, quicker ..if I went to a favorite place of mine a month ago, it's not cool to scroll down 65 items before I see my favorite...
