The lease agreement specified tint will be a charge. Doesn’t specify cost. However many tint shops will charge 200 to remove it, which isn’t too bad.

You can also just unlock the doors on the app and they will stay open. Or leave your phone in the car or away from the car when passing by frequently (depending on if you want the doors to stay unlocked or locked when working near it).
