They claim that the foam is able to lift off the dirt, dust and even bird droppings due to the lubricant in the cleaner. And no need to rinse per their site.

True, but in heavy traffic it's helpful to see if there is an opening in another lane without having to check all the blind spots and loose the opportunity. More of a nice convenience for certain. I tried this in a Tesla Model Y and it was a nice feature.
