I had a similar issue with my Tesla 12V battery before. My Tesla was dead and generated a rotten egg smell in my garage. Tesla came, towed it to the service center, and replaced the battery.- loithai

I charged my Air Pure at Valley Fair EA for the first time today. Received the same error "unplug and replug" on phone app after the charge completed at 324 (80%).- loithai
