Yes, my SA said the same thing. It appears to have somehow misaligned. They will adjust what they think is the issue and we will see. My issues were exactly like yours, starting at around 30mph and getting more significant as speed increased.

I had mine do the exact same thing but being here in AZ temperature wasn't a factor. Did it probaly a dozen times then I exited and pushed down on the hood and felt/heard lock engaged and drove away. It happened for a couple days then miraculously, fixed itself. Head scratcher.

The manal states that first press will give it high (3 bars), 2nd press medium, 3rd press low and 4th off. I couldn't find anywhere that states the high or 3 bar setting is a boost and deselects to medium after a given set time or temp. Can anyone help me locate that before I start bugging CS...

Not sure if this a bug or mechanical issue. When heated seats are selected and the highest setting (3 red bars) after 90 secs to 2 minutes it auto deselects to the middle setting (2 red bars) and remains there. This is the same for driver and passenger side. If I reselect high it deselects...

I have tried that as well. However, at times, the toggle switch doesn't work to mute it then I'm stuck turning volume down or walking away from a locked car with music still playing.

I have the same issue and the same desire to keep it off. The radio at times will begin even as I approach the car and it unlocks. At times the toggle switch will silence it at others it will not. On one occasion after selecting music it showed " no media selected" and the pause button didn't...

Same here. The valet card reset eliminated issue for awhile but the issue came back. Another goofy one is the music will come on as soon as car unlocks. Customer service has no idea and there isn't any method to turn the music off just have to hit "pause" symbol to silence it.

Mine has done it 4 times. For every occurrence the car was parked in the garage, not charging, key and fob well over 80 ft away. Going in on Thursday for them to investigate this and about 4 other items.
