Yes the frunk worked fine yesterday at delivery and also thereafter. I just tried your suggestion to no avail. I also used the phone app to see if that changed anything and yet again no luck.

Yes, I got an email acknowledging the issue and that they were escalating it to their internal teams. I am assuming it will be Monday before I hear anything back, which is no big deal.

Tried all, still no luck. I also set up a new profile for my wife and was hoping that it would possibly allow the facial recognition to work. No luck. Must be something unique to my car, will post here when I have a solution.
Just took it out for a 30 min spin. Mixed driving- some city and some higher speed limit roads.

Thanks Alex. So in my case, when I click on that button on the phone, it gives me "Step 1" on the next screen. However at that point, its as if the screen is frozen and nothing else happens on the phone. There is nothing on that page to advance to the next step etc. As I am typing this I wonder...

I did as well in Orlando. Same day. 31st in the am. Vin ending in 1276. Tried to ask if there was any chance of getting it sooner and was told the car "just came off the production line and will not arrive till Thursday the 30th into palm beach".
