Yes I’ve had Bluetooth issues from day one. In my case, people on the other end complain that my voice sounds muffled and it’s hard to hear me. They will address it in the current service appointment.

Yes they’ve given me a Lucid Air GT as a loaner while they figure this out. Hopefully they can get it sorted this week.

As of yesterday evening they were still unable to get any of the keys to respond. They have engineers looking into the software and nodes on the vehicle. No ETA for when they’d be able to get the vehicle back to me.

Yes I’ve been pretty understanding/forgiving of the other issues I’ve encountered since it’s something I decided to accept as an early adopter. However, a situation where the key fob doesn’t work and BOTH back up key cards also don’t work is completely unacceptable IMO.
