Yes they’ve given me a Lucid Air GT as a loaner while they figure this out. Hopefully they can get it sorted this week.

As of yesterday evening they were still unable to get any of the keys to respond. They have engineers looking into the software and nodes on the vehicle. No ETA for when they’d be able to get the vehicle back to me.

Will definitely update as I know more. I was supposed to get a call today with an estimate for how long it would take, but I haven’t heard from them yet. Will call them tomorrow.

I never tried them, since I’ve always been using the key fob, but when we took delivery they explicitly told us that both were paired with the vehicle. I’m not 100% sure, but I think the delivery associate might have even demonstrated one of them on the driver’s side B pillar. In any case, when...

Yes I’ve been pretty understanding/forgiving of the other issues I’ve encountered since it’s something I decided to accept as an early adopter. However, a situation where the key fob doesn’t work and BOTH back up key cards also don’t work is completely unacceptable IMO.

I don’t get an option for DM, but the car is at the service center now.

I can unlock using the phone app, but cannot drive. It doesn’t shift into gear and keeps saying key not detected. I tried everything, changing profiles, steering wheel reset, etc. and nothing works. It won’t recognize the key fob or any of the key cards. Just keeps saying no key detected.

Well for me as of last night I can’t use the key fob or either of the key cards they gave us at delivery. I’m waiting for them to come tow my car to the service center :(

Update: After doing a soft reset, the music streaming apps (Spotify, Tidal, etc.) come back but then disappear again the next time I drive. I tried this multiple times. Microphone and charging issues also persist, though I was not expecting a soft reset to fix those. I have a service appointment...

No power package, but that wasn't really a deal breaker for me. The frunk seems to have the outlet port that's currently closed off and the associate that did the delivery walkthrough seemed to indicate that it would be possible do later get the power outlet added, but not sure how accurate that is.

I’m picking up my GT today. I had switched my GT to a DE initially, but then switched back to GT a month ago.
