I agree with @Unmutual that you shouldn't have to use the Lucid app to start a free EA charging session. I never had had to do that. I just drive up to an EA station and plug in. After a brief electronic handshake between the Air and the station the charging session just starts.

Sorry, @Amster it happened too quickly when we were riding on a tour bus and I couldn't get the phone out quickly enough. I think it was a Fathom Blue and it was near the Salzburg city center on Monday the 23rd.

Just came back from a vacation in Europe and was happy to have spotted an Air in Salzburg, Austria!

I had the same issue happen to me today, @TOJ_Air , but it was before I updated to iOS 18.4.1. After I did the update CarPlay worked perfectly. The release note for iOS 18.4.1 did mention that it addressed a "wireless CarPlay issue with certain vehicles".

Was pulling out of a car wash in Brookline, MA 10 days ago and saw this Fathom Blue parked right across the street: Then last Friday I found myself behind a Zenith Red at an intersection. We're starting to show up!

I ended up doing the same as you did @Blue Lectroid , so it was re-assuring to read in your post that it was indeed the correct thing to do to maintain free EA charging. Thanks for thinking of us all with your post! 🙏

Has anyone noticed this cool new animation if the mobile app is open while you are driving? The virtual image of the vehicle matches the car's actual color, and the speed that the lane markers move in the animation are proportional to speed that the car is moving. Neat!

I also have a MY'25 AT with 20" wheels and I have not had that happen to me, though I've only had the car since Nov. Closest I've come to your driving situation is making tight U-turns in two-lane roads but that was in Drive not Reverse and I didn't have your experience. Suggest you call the...

Passed an Air within a block of my house yesterday, and another in my town the day before. Unfortunately both encounters were at night so no idea about color or trim level. We're getting out there!

Just over a month after they were released, 2.5.3 and 2.5.4 both got pushed to my 2025 Air Touring today, even after I had called CS 3 weeks ago requesting them. Although I appreciate getting the updates all the same, does anyone know if it's normal for updates to get rolled out this slowly?
