this feels totally connected to acceleration and turning at slow speeds. It will never happen when turning the same direction in sucession.. if I change direction, then I feel it.
**UPDATE**. chatted w/ SC today in Millbrae, and we're going to 'wait and see' since this happens in only one specific spot on the road (100% reproducible). That being said, if there is anyone in the San Francisco area and would like to try w/ their GT.
this is exactly where it happens when...
Amazing update. Only odd thing, was ‘hands free’ doesn’t like the Robin Williams Tunnel, northbound 101. Told me it deactivated as soon as I entered, and turned back on on exit. Thank you Lucid!
for sure. I will mention to service when the car goes there in a few weeks for a list of other things that I've been time stamping and capturing with video. :) I'm updating to 2.8 now, so on the way home tonight, i'll be recording video of the 'hopping' to see if anything changed within the...
Here's a wild one.. there's a little bump where two parts of the highway onramp meet in the Marina in San Francisco, northbound. I hit it every day. Yesterday, I stayed on the accelerator over the bump to pass a car and after the front wheels were on the bump, the front of the car start...
for those of us that don't attend every press junket to ask the creators questions, I still feel that Lucid absolutely should release a statement as a formal admission of the issue instead of forcing the service center technicians to deliver 'there's nothing I can tell you' word salads to the...
...now it kinda makes sense... in that (possibly) as soon as I activated carplay, the signal was switched to use the 'phone' as the connection to all systems via its network. ....maybe... ??
Pretty sure I found a bug in the 2.7.0 update w/ AirPlay and the rest of the apps and navigation that depend on a 'cell signal'. I'm able to repeat it every time, and even after an 'A' reboot:
noticed that on the pilot display that shows your 'cell strength' was showing one tick mark (low...
..the door unlock thing needs to be addressed, or at least a statement from Lucid.. it's one thing to know it's an issue to live with... but we don't need to be reminded how horrible the issue is EVERY time we walk up to the car to get in and drive it. It's the 'dirty spoon' mentality...
Dunno if anyone else is encountering this.. but since the 2.7.0 update:
1) at least once a day, i will get into the car to a completely black pilot screen that eventually turns on about 10-20sec after I press the brake pedal.
2) the 'knock' I feel in my steering wheel for low speed turns from a...
...i just wanna walk up to my car and have the doors unlock...
i just want to walk up to my car, and have it unlock. I know that some don't have this issue.. but I do, and as many times as my car has been in service (new in Nov25) it's been an issue, and it's never better. It's embarrassing.
This topic has been ablaze here since I joined in Nov with my new 25 GT. ..so I knew it was an issue and I've been living w/ it. My car has been in service 6 times since (inc mobile visits), and every time I mention that I still can't get into my car as expected. Bottom line, it's never...
