Lucid doesn’t get the money we pay for lease turn in “excess wear and tear”…BoA does!

When Lucid hired BofA to handle their lease financing, it was like placing a solid diamond bracelet around the snout of a pig. They simply shouldn't be seen within a hundred yards of each other, and never should the two meet. My future with Lucid depends on how my lease turn in goes.

Early on, Lucid "hired" Bank of America to handle lease financing matters [whoever made this choice at Lucid corporate should be let go]. Since very few people, even among Lucid staff, know the details of the financial agreement between Lucid Motors and BofA, it is my opinion and life...

Pilot Panel stuck in “down” position for the first time since I got the Air Pure (lease) in late August 2024. The screen is frozen in the map that was “on” when it stuck. It’s unresponsive to touch prompts. Been on hold a looooong time with customer service line on this Saturday evening 8pm EST...
