Received the update, 2.4.4, this morning. The installation went fine, about 2 hours. I had vehicle offline problems until a logo reset. The only other issue so far, I have not driven it yet, is that the changes from the update will not display.
I had a communications hardware problem that prevented updates. Dash disassembly required for the fix. Took a week at the shop, but it’s worked fine since then.
I used QMerit and would not bother again. Top dollar and they sent an electrician with no Lucid charger experience. In my case it was a simple swap of a Tesla for a Lucid charger. Any competent electrician with level 2 experience could have done the job. The electrician also did not know how...
Got a note from customer service that the roll-out of 2.1.3 has been paused due to issues with the update. I was told that if I did not receive an update by 7/26 to reach out again.
Autonomous Control Unit. Had mine replaced a month ago after 3 failed updates and loss of camera functionality. Dash has to be removed to reach that Board.
I am 5’8” and the dash stitching is very visible on the windshield. I have complained about it, and suggested they move to black stitching. I’ve had the car for 6 months and it still bugs me. Thinking about staining the stitching black.
Solid connection no issues there. I have a wi-fi node next to the car in the garage. Message on the car says no need to call, Lucid support is investigating.
