    Air Touring in for Surgery

This is goodbye for now. My Air Touring was declared a total loss. Will be checking out the Cosmos when it appears. The first years on here were great - the excitement and shared joy in driving this amazing car made it a great site. Thanks to all of you who were here at its beginning! Hope to...

    Air Touring in for Surgery

Last Monday a tractor-trailer tried to occupy the same space I was in as I was driving on I-285 eastbound to I-75 South @ ATL. He did a number on my driver side passenger door. As he shifted into my lane from my left, he gouged from the rear fender forward ‘til he jerked back into his lane...

    Rutherford NJ Service Center

Unlike Null and Void, I have found them quite responsive. Alex has been extremely helpful. They even arranged for the King of Prussia center to do a repair order when they knew they could not get to it quickly. I have nothing but good things to say about their care.

Lucid wont accept Extended warranty that DIRECT PAYS? WHAT?!?!?!

I am approaching the 50,000 mile limit on my warranty. Are there common issues those outside warranty have experienced? I am thinking about asking for a service appointment before an August trip that will pretty much exhaust my bumper to bumper warranty. I realize that the drivetrain warranty...

    Cosmos prototype

Our 2013 Ford Flex is an awesome, versatile “wagon.” My wife loves the fact she does not need a step ladder to get in it, yet it sits higher than a car. Solid as a rock.

    When Are We Seeing Cosmos?

I think we all agree that to launch with software not fully vetted would be a mistake concretizing the sentiment that they build great cars with glitchy software. I am keenly interested in the Cosmos as a replacement for a current CUV, but I will wait until the software is proven. Receiving UX...

    Air Version 2.9.0

Just to add a positive note. The dreaded red triangle showed up on my 2023 Air Touring just over a week ago now. I called Rutherford Service Center. It was late in the day and I was promised a quick response by the morning. The next morning I had a call from the King of Prussia Service Center...
