I had this issue during delivery, they couldn't set me up. We waited a day and try again @ home, and it worked. The manager at the store/service center said they have to provision something on their end (like actually tell the system that it was delivered to the customer, and it should work)...

I would prefer a touchless wash. Those rubber rollers will no doubt scratch your paint or cause swirl marks. Get PPF, will help. -iThinkEV-

If it's a Gen2, you need to lower the amps to 56A via the dial inside the charger. disconnect power first. -iThinkEV-
