In the order of priority, I would like. 1. No new bugs created with every update 2. Stable infotainment with dash cam added 3. Realistic range 4. Google maps instead of HERE maps 5. Electrify America Charged me today

Behind every ev charger there is a Tesla or other battery bank.As the battery prices fall, I expect gas stations to add charge stations too. We will see many business models by retailers, travel Plazas, parking lots, hotels, Coffee shops, fast food restaurants etc who already have land, power...

    Electrify America Charged me today

As the so called free charging for which we probably paid upfront whn we bought the car ends for all EVs on the road, I sould asume that demad to charge at DCFC will fall when we charge at home.. I would not ber surprised if they lower the price or lose revenue. Let us how the elasticity of...

    Carlinkit built in 4G LTE

If you use carlinkit it's a good idea to update to the latest version currently December 2024. It appears to connect to carplay in lucid much faster

    Android Auto Thursday

One thing I can say for every gadget I ever bought. It was never really perfect, and I assume that any new tech hardware or software will never be perfect.

    Gravity; SUV or Minivan

I never understood why the decision to buy is because it is a minivan or SUV. The decision to buy must be simply based on the use case and whether we like the styling and how it drives. All I can say is that if I did not buy Air I would have bought gravity because it is great looking, has...

    Gravity Orders Discussion

I just saw this thread and it is an EA thread now. In CA, when I looked a couple of days ago the ratio of CCS cars per port is 4 times that of Tesla cars per Tesla port. If all the CCS cars in CA go to Tesla, then that ratio will get worse for Tesla folks and improve for CCS folks. If I remember...

How does the leather stand up to our canine friends?

I tried something like it and it works for my dogs if I don't have my minivan.

How does the leather stand up to our canine friends?

i have 2 70lb dogs and they both fit on the floor behind the front seats, due to huge leg space of the 2nd seat. Because these dogs shed a lot, I take them in my old 2005 Sienna Minivan. A dog like grey hound or a Golden retriever will be fine.

What are the actual differences between "Smooth," "Swift" and "Sprint" for the Air Pure

My Pure is AWD. More like current touring AWD. Smooth is way faster in acceleration than my previous Lexus ls 430 which was close to 5 seconds for 9 to 60mph!

    Next update?

I have been using Samsung flagship android but I am quite satisfied with carlinkit in lucid for now. I would like to see HA work whereever I have a good GPS signal, cell data signal, good road lane markers, braking at stop and red lights, warnings at yield signs and very reliable existing...

    Useful Battery Tips

I combine my trip to the Gym with a grocery store near the Gym with EA chargers. So, that basically fits in my normal activity. Likewise my wife goes to a temple and from ttere to the same grocery store and charges. As long as it fits in our normal routine activiry.

    EA Megathread

Here was my reason for choosing Air Pure AWD fully loaded for 100k on the road a similarly equipped Lexus LS in CA. The Lexus was costing $25 to 30k more. Lexus 25mpg overall $5 per gal or so fuel. Lucid 3.3 miles per kwh realistic. Even at 56 cents per kwh DCFC, $4.25 for 25miles. At home I...
