How to provide input / feedback to Lucid

My company had an unfiltered feedback alias like this once. You hope to get bug reports that you can reproduce in house, analyze, fix, and test. What came in direct from customers rarely ever met that bar. Not sure what Lucid sees, of course, but I assume it's the same.

    Lucid's Twin?

Consider Lucid's effort to squeeze every bit of space out of the car internals to give it to the passengers. We all love that open roominess. Now look at how Jaguar took a big car and chopped up the interior to make it made it feel tiny and cramped. What was the thinking there?

Can anyone explain Lucid’s "batch build" process at AMP-1?

Only someone on this inside might know. I'm sure it has something to do with lining up production to do a bunch of similarly spec'ed vehicles all at once. The number of possible spec combinations must work against them here. For my own Gravity, I was waiting on my own custom order from late...

Lucid assistant is lagging further and further behind

David Flynt, Director of UX/UI at Lucid, was showing off a prototype of a new Lucid AI Agent in a Lucid Gravity with Kim Java about 6 months ago. Looked promising and fairly far along. Like so many things, it's likely this got delayed in the grand restructuring and reprioritization. (Dave...

How to provide input / feedback to Lucid

When Marc Solsona Palomar was in Charlotte in July, I asked if the [email protected] alias was still being monitored now that Emad was gone. He confirmed that every e-mail still gets seen and he gets a weekly summary of the useful feedback. He is the VP of Software at Lucid Motors. I...

What do you want Silvio to address at Lucid's Q3'26 earning Call

I'm interested in what the real timeframe is for point-to-point L2++ on the Gravity. Are they waiting on NVidia at this point? Is the Lucid connection code being developed now? If the next two manufacturers to offer an FSD alternative are Rivian and Mercedes, Lucid will turn an opportunity to...

    2.11.0 caution for Sapphire

Ideally, they just didn't detect it properly and pushed you the wrong update package. That happened a few months ago, when certain Air Pures got pushed the wrong update package for the type of inverter they had.

    HVAC auto needs fixing

Auto would be more reasonable if you could set a MaxFan speed. Just too noisy.

    Lucid Gravity in the wild

We are camping in Florida. Got out of the truck and pulling in behind us was this 2 week old Lucid Gravity. Still had the temporary tags on from Georgia. Family of six were former Tesla owners, taking the Gravity out on its first serious roadtrip. Seemed to be enjoying the ride. Made us...

    Software 3.6.5 Released

Could also be that they don't want customers installing when customer care is closed. Not so long ago they had a few Air Pures that bricked during an update.

    Software 3.6.5 Released

I've been wondering if certain Gravities were built with a specific window motor that required different software settings. Our December built Gravity had the bad coolant issue, but not the faulty window issue. Seems like Lucid sources parts from multiple suppliers.

    FUTURE LUCID SPORTS CAR?

I had vaguely remembered this story from an interview. Peter built a kit car roadster in 1991 that inspired his work on the Lotus Elise. "Add lightness."

    FUTURE LUCID SPORTS CAR?

Would have loved to see a very light weight battery pack get developed, so that Peter Rawlinson could develop an EV version of the Lotus Elise with it.

    Lucid accelerator

You'll want to record the exact date and time of the occurrence, to the best of your knowledge, so a Lucid tech can see what was going on in the log files.
