HERE Maps appears to score very well in the Counterpoint Research. However, for day-to-day driving in parts of the US, based on my experience the consumer navigation experience is clearly suboptimal compared with Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps, or Tesla’s implementation. The issues many of us...

Your question is an important one, and the responses so far really highlight how different Gravity ownership experiences can be. Sometimes it really does feel like a few of us are driving the calm, well-balanced Gravity that quietly sips chamomile tea… while others somehow ended up with the...

@GTdreamer - Your description appears to match what @Ironhorse christened as "Flappy Bird Issue" which was mentioned on Saturday - Link - https://lucidowners.com/threads/flappy-bird-issue-and-loud-climate-controls.14222/

Reading the posts above feels like holding up a mirror to what many of us have been quietly wrestling with. Lucid’s engineering DNA is undeniable. The Lucid Air proved that a small company could out-engineer giants. The Gravity shows that the magic of packaging, efficiency, and dynamics is alive...

Oh no @Ironhorse … seeing it happen again in your longer video really shows how persistent this “Flappy Bird” issue has become. Once in a while is annoying, but every other drive is on an entirely different level. At that point it stops being a quirk and starts becoming a feature absolutely no...

Wow @Ron_Burgundy … that is unbelievably frustrating, especially in the middle of a long road trip with freezing temperatures and a full family onboard! Having a rear window jam itself half open at 32 degrees is the exact opposite of the “luxury EV experience” any of us signed up for. The fact...

@hmp10 - First and foremost, I am so relieved to hear that everyone is okay. A totaled vehicle is scary enough, but knowing the people involved are safe is what truly matters. Thank you for sharing that the structural integrity held up, it is reassuring for all of us to hear in a moment like...

Wow… that is a collection of quirks no one expects from a luxury EV! Window flapping, vents going rogue, and a door handle deciding to practice surprise peek-a-boo while driving is enough to make anyone question reality for a moment. You handled it a lot better than most of us (rather I) would...

Sometimes it really does feel like a few of us are driving the calm, well-balanced Lucid that gently sips chamomile tea… while others somehow ended up with the high-energy version that needs daily meditation and maybe even a mild tranquilizer just to stay focused. There certainly seems to be a...

Sounds like your Gravity was just having a moment. These cars love giving us miniature heart attacks before deciding to behave again. I completely understand why you thought the turn signal had actually failed especially when an LED goes dark and a reboot does nothing, that usually feels like...

That is incredibly frustrating, especially when you were just trying to take your four-legged co-pilot out for a peaceful ride before a holiday gathering. Many of us know that feeling of being one software glitch away from saying things we will absolutely regret on the forum. You handled it far...

Great question, and congrats on the new Lucid charger! Once you start sending 80 amps into a very expensive rolling supercomputer, surge protection suddenly becomes a lot more interesting. From what many owners have shared, the Lucid charger seems to have only limited internal protection, so...

Wow… what a journey just to get Sanctuary Mode to wake up. At this rate, the Lucid Gravity should come with frequent flyer miles for all the back and forth between Customer Care and Service. Thank you for sharing your experience. It is both educational and unintentionally hilarious that...

Happy to help, and welcome again to the world of Lucid ownership… where sometimes the car knows less than we do and sometimes we know less than the car. And yes, sometimes the delivery agents know less about resets than the owners who learn them the scenic way. 😄 Here is the simple, real version...

Thanks for confirming! Since you have the Grand Touring with the tech package and are already on 3.3.9, you should definitely be seeing at least the core Sanctuary scenes. If none of them are appearing, even after the update, this might be one of those moments where the car needs a little...
