It sounds like the update failed mid-stream, which a few people have reported. It's a software issue and your car is fine. However it will require Service to resolve. Best to update at home, when you're at home, and not over a weekend if you can swing it.

A notification would be nice. I lost a bunch of points because I didn't even know I had them 😄. I guess they only show up in the app, which I rarely use. So I check regularly now.

Finished @ 3.5 hours. Right at the end, the app reports Offline, but reconnected after about a minute. Glad everything went well.

I should be. I've never had an issue with Wi-Fi connectivity in my garage with the Air. At 3 hours I was at 16%. 3 hours & 15 minutes in at 22%, so hopefully over the hump. It's possible there are so many vehicles updating at night, the Lucid cloud infrastructure may be network...

Anyone showing very slow update progress? I was at 9% after an hour, now 10% after 2 hours. I don't mind as I'm not driving until tomorrow afternoon but just wondering if I should be concerned?
