I tried to contact my SA three times since last November. The first two took months to get a reply. The most recent one last week is still pending an update. I totally understand Gravity is selling faster than they can produce. I am just saying I am planning to leave the line and come back...

I am not in immediate need of a new ride now, so I don't bother pushing too hard for more information. But given how the poor communication from my SA, I probably will cancel my order in a couple weeks. I will revisit next year when there is more inventory. Main use of Gravity for me is family...

Good that you are offered orphaned cars. My SA reached out asking if I am interested in orphaned cars. I said yes. Radio silence again since then.

Depends on location. If the showroom is in a shopping mall, which I believe the Seattle one is, it can be extremely hard to just get out and back in. Also, I believe Washington does not allow non dealer test drives. Rivian and Lucid both can't provide test drive or sales advice from the showroom.

I was sending text/E-mail every week for three weeks, asking for a configuration change, got no response. Called one day, promised a call back "in a few minutes" but nothing received for hours. Called again 10 minutes before their closing time, asked for another SA and finally got connected...

Did you have to actively poke your SA to get the information or they proactively reached out? My SA has been radio silence since Nov, with only update that they changed my SA from one to another.

Got this email. The title was scary, I thought my Gravity order turned into Air. Inside email it refers to my order as Lucid Air Gravity. It also says configuration attached but no attachment or description at all. Sure it is probably just a typo from the sales person. But it shows either...

That's my expectation as well, so if you wait for HUD you probably won't be missing much as the DE will be hardware ready software developing just as the DDPro situation.
