    When a person rings customer service twice and gets nowhere, there is a problem. She had a mobile app and a dead key fob. She should have had a better result.

    3-months of ownership, 3 service appointments so far

    15 months in and the mobile techs have been to my house approx 8X. I wish I’d say it’d get better, but my experience says otherwise. Just yesterday my left windshield wiper stopped working.

    Radio reception

    Lucid tech has been to my house approx 6X, they've checked the radio, it still does not work more than 50% of the time. I have called cust svc many times, I am so tired of this problem.

    Electrify America Issues

    Gainesville, FL, b/t software and charging fears, I‘ve only taken the AGT more than 50 miles from home twice. Lucid 800# and mobile tech people are absolutely the best, always polite and patient and unfortunately the mobile techs have been to my house 5-6 times and never a single complaint.
