Tech came yesterday and we unpaired, repaired the phone and CarPlay reappeared. When we went out to dinner later, CarPlay would not show on the dash, so I had to go into devices and hit the CarPlay icon there. That’s brought up the display. On the way home, it came up on the Home Screen as it...

The CarPlay icon in the connectivity section also magically disappears. That’s one of the reasons I finally gave up and dot the Ottocast. Waiting on Lucid tech today.

Happy to chat in the new year. Lucid mobile technician will be here tomorrow, so I’ll let him check it one more time. That said, I don’t hold out much hope.

The Ottocast allows for your phone to connect wirelessly. So far, it's working flawlessly for me. It stays plugged in to the USB port in the console.

I've done it all. Even had the mobile tech help me. It will work fine for a couple of days, then nothing! The CarPlay icon for the device disappears completely.

After multiple unpairings, repairings, resets, etc., on my own and with a mobile technician from Lucid, I gave up. I bought an Ottocast online and it now works 100% of the time. Disappointing, but I could never get any cooperation at the service center.

The first replacement was because of a campaign. They did not replace the Wunderbox. The second was a battery cell imbalance after I got a “drive system fault” message. Again no Wunderbox replacement. Leave it to me to have something like this happen, lol.

Bobby, just saw this survey. I filled it out, but no way to indicate I’ve had two new batteries installed in the last 6 months.

I have the same problem. Apparently the seats need to have a “homing” update.

Is anyone experiencing glitches with the .18 update? My "restore" button for the seat is now grayed out and nothing will bring it back. I've tried all the reboots I know. Since I can't use the new easy entry/exit feature, my seats have to be "homed", I was moving the seat back manually. I...

Thanks for posting this. I just scraped a wheel yesterday and planned to take it to a wheel shop for the repair. I’m now going to try your method first.
