New SAE Standard for NACS: Request to Decode

250 kW is 250 kW, the only differences are the wire gets bigger as the voltage goes down, and the wire gets smaller as the voltage goes up. Ohm's Law

BUG Cybertruck stop sale and recall

I did very well as a shareholder of Tesla stock, but I knew it was time to take the money and run when Elon started talking like a politician instead of thinking and talking like a businessman.

    Philosophical observation

I wouldn't hesitate to take my AGT from Jersey to Augusta Maine, you're good to go with EA charging all the way to Scarborough, Charge Point has 200KW in Augusta. after that it's thin until Canada

BUG Cybertruck stop sale and recall

Well at least there's a warranty fix for that pedal which is cheaper than a wrap solution to the stainless steel fingerprint issue.

Do you think Lucid will make cheap cars?

Any car where you have to look away from center to see how fast your going has an inherent safety issue.

(Estimate) Single family house installation quote: is this reasonable?

(Estimate) Single family house installation quote: is this reasonable?

It's a fair price, although I have to laugh at the bullshit language "research, coordinate, and apply for necessary permit" pulling a permit for a licensed contactor is 10 minutes of clerical work tops. As an EC I will tell you that a hardwire installation is electrically and mechanically the...

    My “Lucidversary” review

I have had an issue with sunglasses and now that I think about it, it was my Ray Ban Ferrari's with a red trim that matches my F-Type. The sun glasses I keep in the Lucid are Ray Bans and they have a blue frame with a polished silver bridge and they cause no issues. Keep the red out!!!

Does Lucid sell my driving data to third-party for auto insurance purposes?

The data Lexis/Nexis gets from GM/Onstar is from Smart Driver which is an optional service that most car peddlers enroll you in automatically; you can unenroll from this service by calling Onstar, or through the iOS app.

Hardwire your home charging station! Or use a Hubbel / Bryant / Cooper 14-50 receptacle, not Leviton

And quite frankly not much has changed since then, open a project spec book and what you see below is standard receptacle specs for commercial and institutional space. Google 5362 with any of those manufacturers name below and you will see a 20 amp 120 V receptacle , Hubbell and Leviton call it...
