Got my car back and it’s perfect. Clean, and I got a new frunk divider (mine I keep in the garage, it’s kind of useless)., also, when I bought the car, I didn’t get the gift bag and when I got my car back, it had a gift bag in the frunk. Huge appreciation.. love the bag !

Apple Car Play is a huge issue in every car. I had a Porsche before the Lucid and it was the same. I have problems with bluetooth on so many devices, it's never been solid. Seems to work better if you plug the phone in with a cable. My phone is too tight to put in the charger slot because...

I think they saw the issue because they opened another service center in Miami a couple months ago who is only handling the repairs and not new car deliveries. Should help a bit with the delays. I'm luckily in between the 2 service centers, so 45 minutes each way.

Ok, it's been a week. I got the estimate back today. $7,665.62 for labor and parts just to replace the lower stealth trim pieces and the pump assembly. I am actually shocked that they need to replace 18 parts but the parts came out to only $2,300 and the labor is $5,140! Honestly the labor...

Lucid just contacted me and they are going to give me a loaner today!!!! I am so happy to be heard and that they are going to take care of me. Things are looking up!

The car has a lot of glitches and issues. Don’t get me wrong … I am in love with the car, but for the high price, it’s crazy that we are not being looked after. Lease prices are decreasing while we are paying premiums and can’t even get a $30 a day loaner provided? I just think it’s bad...

They told me this after the accident, so I feel this should be honored l. I’m hoping they fix it fast so I don’t need a loaner.

Oh and yes. Porsche covered loaners when the car was at their service shop every time, no matter what the cause of the visit.
