My Alexa isn't working now. When I press the microphone button on the steering wheel, I just get a red line at the bottom of the upper infotainment screen. Has anyone seen this? How do I get it fixed?

I've given up on using Alexa. I can't get the navigation to work at all. Very poor implementation.

My mobile works intermittently, and I can't figure out a pattern as to when it does or does not work. I have it set to "Keep Open" and the Battery to "Unrestricted". Anything else I need to do? As it is, I need to open up my app every time in order to unlock the car.
