Well said, @Bunnylebowski but I’ve got to disagree on one part — service people used to be good. Lately, customer service has become pretty unreliable and unprofessional. You and a few others might’ve had better luck, but not everyone’s that fortunate.

On top of software as lucid belongs to the luxury segment category they also should really work on customer service which isn’t upto the mark of other luxury car manufacturers. These should be addressed at the earliest for the masses to experience these great lucid vehicles.

Now that they opened San Jose showroom it might be easier for the mobile service to help fix it. Will contact lucid tomorrow and request for assistance on this issue.

Hope it can done OTA, I got the car~ 3 days after you got the delivery on June 29 and asked about it generally a few times. Didn’t stress on it much as I felt it would work sooner than later but now that it’s been three months just getting a little impatient.

They called and asked me after the latest software update and still showed the same error message which I informed them. But I’ll give them a call and ask about the software push specifically for home link.

@sri , I agree with what you said. When I initially bought the gravity it was 2.4 and now it has improved to 2.6 on display. I do drive fast on a backroad most of the days coming back from work and still @2.6 is pretty good with 22/23 and 7 seats DE

I wish the update also addresses the home link issue. Been more than 3 mos since I got the car and still don’t have the home link working.

The ride gets enhanced with Hans Zimmer OST’s. The depth and quality is next to none.

Honestly it’s just driving the Beauty with tidal on. A love to look forward to,to start the day and end the day at work.

Biased bull cr*p. Quoting interior functionality and build quality is better in trivial than lucid gravity is just a joke. Then they go on to say that the RIVIAN is something they would drive daily and also quoting that it’s harsh around town and doesn't drive with the same pose as gravity...

@HC_79 , you,me and many other ordered the GGT and GDE the day to be more precise in the first 20-30 minutes after the orders opened ,knowing that it’ll be taking time for the delivery of the car. I feel the says for the GDE edition might get skewed because of this

Oddly it happened to me in the afternoon when I was driving and a pop up came saying key fob not detected almost 3-4 times while driving without any problem with driving. Later in the evening it happened again but this time when I got in the car and was not shifting to drive. After going out and...

That’s exactly the one I used. Thanks for your suggestion @borski will try and see. I don’t think it works with WiFi. Halo secure has been working good at my office more than 90% time but not in my garage.
