They finally fixed mine.. I think it was a very small adjustment with latch and a factory rep finally did trouble shooting.. I think that the Touring and Grand Touring have power open and power close which can be reactivated with second try on fob or hepatic... My Pure AWD does not have this...

Yes most are Pure with Purluxe. However, the upgraded multi-adjustable massage seats come in Purluxe, so if it is related to the material it could impact all Airs with that option too
