    OTA Update 2.6.16

I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that every strange issue is due to software bugs in 2.6.16.

    Yay summer is coming…but?

Never had an issue like that in my '22 GT.

    Home Assistant Automations

There's been a version update to work with the current version of HA Core. Go to HACS and download the new version.

    Lightship

AI in its current form is more or less a bullshit generator. The results sound plausible, but there is no explicit logic behind the words. I went to reset my fiber modem a few days ago. Searched for instructions on Google, and Google provided an AI-generated step-by-step. Step one was to unplug...

    ABRP

Could you post a link to the video? I'm afraid to search for LifeAfter70-years, as Google and Youtube will then be offering me a lot of info I don't want.

    First Dream Edition Delivery!

The new UX functionality is wonderful, and should eventually put an end to the interminable complaints about the Air's software.

Lucid Mobile App – UX Observations & Curious if Others Feel the Same

I wish the line weights in the four quick action icons could be the same as the line weight in the text of the Climate, Charging, etc items below, for better visibility with old eyes. Other than that - no issues.

    Auto wake feature

There is already geolocation for scheduled charging, so I'd hope that extending it to preventing passive unlocking would not be a big stretch.

Adaptive Cruise - why does it require manual intervention from 0mph to resume driving in stop-and-go traffic

I adjusted the steering wheel so that the face sensor can see my eyes. The wheel blocks a portion of the top rim of the driver's display. I got used to it.

    NACS Lucid Home Charger?

I'm hoping that Lucid will offer a NACS cable upgrade kit for current LCHCS owners at some point in the future.

    Aerodynamic Efficiency and Range

Gravity has a smaller frontal area and lower coefficient of drag than other 3-row SUVs. Its drag coefficient, frontal areas, and weight are greater than the Air's. its battery capacity is also larger. Gravity's efficiency in mi/kWh will be lower than the Air's - there is no defying physics. But...

Thoughts on moving from a Model 3 to Air Touring?

The Air drives smaller than it looks. It's wonderful compared to my previous 2018 Model 3 performance. It is also the largest car I've owned and took a little getting used to. It's the same exterior size as the Model S, but when sitting in the Air, it's generous interior room makes you think...

How long to keep an EV?

It should be substantially better actually, through OTA software improvements. My wife like to keep cars forever. But coming from a technology background, I see the car's capabilities as limited by its hardware, and so it slowly falls behind what's possible now. So I prefer to change cars more...
