Yes I have. I saw an "improvement" but only for a few days.
They told me to hire an electrician after I told them I was not comfortable doing it myself.
My real question is if anybody else been told to perform the same steps? Just curious.
I'm still getting very low mi/kWh so I contacted Lucid Care again and I am attaching what they want me to do with my charger (attached). They said they want "to make sure that the charger is not contributing to any issues with your vehicle's battery performance." It doesn't make sense to me...
A lot of times after I park in the garage, I would hear the car humming loudly but it already locked itself so I would have to get my fob, unlock the car then lock it again. Then it would stop after maybe 20 seconds.
Last night I was in the garage, the car would start humming for about 20...
I have been having the same problem for about 4 months now. I called service and they said they were going to run some tests.
They called back and said the battery was fine so everything should be fine.
I have been getting about 2 mi/kWh and a couple of times 1.6 m/kWh. I keep telling them...
I'll take it off your hands. Is that your final price? I'm not even sure if it will work with my set up now. No room for 100 amp. I'll take a chance I suppose. I will be replacing a Tesla wall charger. Lmk. Thanks.
I'm interested but I have to check with my electrician if it can be installed in my place. I do not have a 100 AMP circuit and will be costly to add one.
