    Homelink He’ll!

My purpose in writing this is to warn everyone about using Homelink, and to ask Lucid to use a different app, such as myQ.

    Homelink He’ll!

To clarify, on entering my garage area, I pressed Home link to open the garage door, but nothing happened. So I pressed it again, then the garage door opened. But as I was right underneath, it closed and smashed the glass roof. This would never happen with the MyQ app, which causes the garage...

    Homelink He’ll!

Thank you to Home link for causing my garage door to crush my Lucid GGT glass roof, nailed the windscreen as well. I used Home link to open the garage door, but it must’ve sent a separate signal, which then closed the door right on the car. This is not the first time I’ve heard this happening...

Lucid Gravity UX 3.6 is here!

Great thread here, and great car (GGT)! Got UX 3.6 update last Thursday - noticed many of the fixes discussed here: corrected frunk opening, more responsive range to key on approach, better HomeLink operation, etc. BUT BUT no Hands Free, no calibration messages, just the same 8-second ride as...

    The Long Goodbye

OK thanks to all who’ve written, I’ve learned a great deal. Got my amazing Gravity GT six months ago (a 9/2025 build) and it remains trouble-free at 8,100 miles now. What an amazing car - smooth, quiet, FAST, roomy - the Rolls Royce of station wagons. This car will out-anything any of the six...

Lucid Gravity next improvements wish list

Great, great idea!! Being able to choose an analog clock instead of 'Zen' would be perfect - seems like an all-software change but Lucid would have to weigh in on that.

    Gravity SW update inbound...

“No problems” - actually happens. After 6 weeks and 2,600 miles with new Gravity GT, hmp10’s characterization holds true, everyone loves the dazzling “ride, handling, space, style, quietness, and sound system.” I’m not really sure what software glitches we’re all talking about. My only ones...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

Agree, JeffV1 - remember, we take our chances when we buy a near-completely new model. Eyes open. To have it come out as well/better than a Model X or Y that’s been out for 5-10 years is pretty amazing. For me, this was supposed to be a fully-optioned Fisker Ocean, but the test drive in LA...

    Gravity Bugs / Issues

msaunders9430 said it best - there’s so much speculation about this amazing Gravity GT. Although I surely sympathize with fellow owners experiencing problems, four weeks into ownership, this car has been phenomenal, fit and finish nearly flawless, none of the terrible software issues I read...

    Programming Homelink on a Gravity

Thanks, NerviG. I suspect the Gravity’s transmitter is positioned down real low but I carry a garage door clicker in the hatch just in case.

    Programming Homelink on a Gravity

The only “range” problem I’m having with my otherwise phenomenal 4 week-old Lucid Gravity is Homelink range. To get the opener to work, I’ve got to set the car DIRECTLY in front of the garage door, within about 10’. You can imagine what a challenge this poses to those of us who normally back...

    Programming Homelink on a Gravity

Thanks for these tips - I couldn’t get HomeLink to work but then you all got me to follow the directions more closely and voila: driver’s side on the first try.

Update 2.8.7 Improves Lucid Air Dream Drive

Have to fix the “Cars” in my profile. The Porsche is the wife;s car - mine is a Gravity GT! Is this the right thread?

Update 2.8.7 Improves Lucid Air Dream Drive

Just got this magnificent Gravity yesterday after 13 years driving Teslas, including one of the first Model S in 2012 (S/N 183 “Signature”). Big differences: The Gravity’s ride is awesome, and the driver controls/interface network is far, far better. At last, the real estate battle between...
