I think the audio review is pretty accurate. They did a great job with the noise factor, it really does feel like a bit of a step up from the air in that regard. I'm far from an audiophile but just the fact of the shape of the car I think helps distribute audio better than the Air imo. Of course...
The Escalade IQL looks like a beast, a heavy beast. I'm not a fan of GM's tackiness though with their tech. It feels a bit underutilized from the reviews I've seen. Still, the range is impressive even though it isn't efficient.
It's truly hard to compare these two vehicles, the only thing...
Well actually yeah the keycard didn’t work either so that is working now as well after that fix. I actually didn’t try the keycards at all since taking delivery so I wasn’t sure that they ever worked.
But the technician did tell me about the middle console issue where the wires apparently are...
Yeah for sure. They actually fixed my keyfob issue with updating to 3.2.2 which I didn't realize I didn't have lol. Apparently they weren't supposed to allow me to go through delivery without 3.2.2 which was the primary cause for the fob to stop working completely. I couldn't even unlock or lock...
Another one bites the dust...
My key fob stopped working entirely. To make matters worse my key cards don't work at all either. Fortunately I had an appt scheduled for Lucid for the CCCv2 upgrade for my air so I have a tech out here trying to figure this out for me.
He mentioned something...
True - I will say though it has depreciated pretty quick like a lot of EVs so a low mileage used isn't a bad option. It makes it more appealing at least.
It's funny it's definitely my new shiny toy that I love driving over the Air at the moment. I still love how the Air drives though so I can't replace it entirely with the Gravity as a daily. But I like your take on the Gravity, it definitely feels like Air 2.0
Surprised you didn't go the Taycan route. The Taycan to me was the most impressive handling EV "sporty" sedan that I test drove in recent times. There might be something similar like it now but to me it was as sporty of a drive as you can find. The downside with it was just the range but the MY...
Anyone have any advice or experience with getting Modesta BC-04 for Ceramic coating? I know it’s a nano titanium coat that is hydrophilic rather than your traditional hydrophobic coat.
Just curious if it’s worth the extra cost. Quoted 2k for it.
Just a point of reference for anyone getting theirs delivered from Costa Mesa Studio they’ve done around 30 gravity deliveries to date. Saw 5-6 gravities in the back area, 3 were black and 3 were green.
