I suggest that you avoid #1 and #3 like the plague and don't worry about #2. DC fast charging is not that big a deal, especially if you precondition your battery and avoid charging above 80% unless really necessary. I solely charge at EA, and my battery health is just great (97.2% on the API)...
BLE. Interesting! Are you sure the LE stands for 'Low Energy', and not 'Less Elegant'? Or 'Less Efficient'? Or 'Less Expensive'? Maybe 'Lost Enthusiasm'? Don't even get me started on what the 'B' might stand for. :-)
I had a bit of a revelation this morning, but you'll have to stay with me on this... I left my phone by my rowboat this morning as I went to put away my oars. I was playing music from my phone through my Bluetooth hearing aids at the time, and was surprised to see how far away from the phone I...
Wow! Thanks! So, when Superchargers become available for the Air, I'll want a NACS to CCS adapter. I learn something every day... No matter how much I resist! Thanks again!
I'm currently beta testing Elon Musk's Neuralink. I can't get it to open the doors on my Lucid, but I can see a whole lot of dead people on social security.
The thing is that when it keeps unlocking and locking while you are puttering about in the garage, you don't notice the unlocking lag, but it's still there.
I think most people's frustration is not that the mobile app fails to auto open the door, but that it takes too long to do so. On my first trip to the car in the morning, my '23 Pure used to reliably unlock the doors as I was about ten feet away. Perfect! Now, I stand by the car twisting my...
I agree with your points, and am not at all surprised to think that 10 different people might have 10 different answers. I was after the mix of different number one issues more than I was seeking to validate that my own issue was truly number one, but I bet it's among the most often reported...
Too bad the vehicle does not track lifetime kWh added. Then, we could pull the number off the API and at least calculate our miles perk per kWh using the odometer.
Unusual buggy failures, warnings and faults aside, what do you think is the most pervasive day-to-day software frustration experienced by Lucid Air owners? I think it is the mobile app's inability to efficiently auto open the doors. Before anyone goes nuts, I know there are work-arounds such...
