I’ve heard you need to log out of the app then log back in.

I have a similar product, Kybriq. Since the update the Kybriq only connects about 1/5 times I get into the car. I have to unplug it from usb c and then plug back in. Even then, sometimes it will not connect. Have you seen similar issues with your device?

Good find! I am positive they added more addresses to their maps. I know because my house was not searchable. Now it is. :)
