SAME!! Android User here and ever since the update this last week my app no longer works. I deleted and reinstalled the app, hard reset the car.. on hard resetting the car the app worked one time only and then it went back to just "waking car" on subsequent use. My Wi-Fi has been off since day...

I turned off the wifi in the car and it's worked now 100% with my Samsung 23! Something to try?

Yup my salesman said if you drive with your hand on the top of the steering wheel it will block it too... he advised to turn the drowsy and distracted driver feature off.

Read another post that said turn off the wifi in the car, viola, android app has now been flawless x2 days (so far) in waking the car to pre-heat/defrost! Hopefully they will update these bugs soon!
