Mine read 0 battery on the app as well when I went out to unlock the car after the update, but immediately jumped to the proper charge level as the car woke up and unlocked.

Personally, I think level 1 is too hot. On a damp or cool day, I’d like just a hint of warm. My Rivian does that nicely, but I always end up needing to turn my ‘22 AGT seat and steering wheel heat off after only a few minutes.

Update: They emailed me late yesterday to relate that there was a glitch in their system which failed to process Discover Card. It will hopefully be fixed today.
