My lemon law case against lucid is pending. In my experience reaching out to customer service or anyone else at lucid will not be helpful. Feel free to reach out and I can tell you more about my experience. I'm quite disappointed in the car and the company.

My wife has unfortunately convinced me we need more room, and she's picking up another car. Si I no longer have room on the garage. So this one has to go in the short term. I do plan to buy back in via Gravity in the future. Loved the power and range of the Dream experience.

Dream Edition received in Feb. Just got 2.0.13 push today. Same experience as other have mentioned (5 min install with no actual changes). Confusing and unsatisfying to say the least ... which sums up the entire experience I've had with this car up to this point. Would love to love this car and...
