Yep, I'm tracking Virginia's lemon law--considered quite strong and pro-consumer--while I wait for Lucid's 'mediation' process to play out.

Picked up our Gravity a few days ago after two weeks at Lucid's Tysons Corner service center--this time for diagnosis of the 'hold' function failing and the car rolling on in/declines without a foot on the brake. Service rep claimed this newest software update should have resolved all the issues...
