having leased over 25 BMWs, I have had worst situations than this wiuth no issue. This is extremely concerning. You could have buffed the scratch our on the post part using a medium compound. In a way I am glad i traded my vehicle in last week so i dont have to deal with this.

I have Purlux 14 way.... PurLux is fine and I am not missing real leather. What I wish I had was the brigher and changeable lights that the leather pakcage provides. I also wish I had the massage seatsm they are definitely not a gimmick as compared to BMW.

There are some incredible deals to be had getting it new. Lease it to get the additional 7500 off and then turn around and purchase the vehicle 6 months later. You will still be ahead.

Yes. It was the front control arm that came loose. They re torqued it … he might have eluded that during manufacturing it was not torqued to specs.
