You're not alone. I can't get the timing for that right either. It's just easier to press the exterior button on the trunk when I walk up to the car. If I'm in the car, I use the button on the pilot panel. I use the fob for the frunk, or to lock and unlock the doors. But not the trunk.

I always find it really interesting to learn the origin of phrases. They're often things you'd never expect. Given the sizes of a pig and a cat, and the way they move and sound, you wouldn't think that substituting one for the other would fool too many people!
I'm guessing ambient lighting is what we have in the Airs now, in the trims other than the Pure. When I had my car in for service six months ago, no Lucid loaners were available and I ended up with a Mercedes EQE from Enterprise. That car had lighting you could set to any color of the rainbow...
