I had my wheel replaced twice. The third version still creaked. I applied a bead of superglue in the small seams between the plastic halves of the steering wheel body (four spots a few inches long each). It’s perfectly silent now. If you go this route use a glue with a very narrow applicator tip.

I had my second replacement steering wheel installed today. In addition to it being an updated design (per the technician), the installation also includes strategically placing some fabric/foam tape in spots to eliminate noise. So far it’s dead silent and I’m happy! Wheel #1 just felt poorly...

I have the same issue. Bottom part of the screen, no discernible pattern and not sure if it’s related to physical shock (ie bumps in the road). Not reported to service at this point.

Took a video of how the car now sounds when charging. This level of noise doesn’t last the entire charge cycle. It didn’t sound like this until recently (now 3,500 miles).
