Medium from Dutch bros fits perfectly fine and my 40oz Stanley stays put snugly in the turns even though it doesn’t go all the way to the bottom of the cupholder. Changing the type of cup you’re using seems much more logical than blaming Lucid and turning to the NHTSA.

Trying to get a positive post going and sharing isn’t “soliciting”. If someone doesn’t want to participate, they don’t have to. It’s kind of the point of a “General Discussion” area of the forum.

I mean there’s three thousand and one negative ones. It’s ok to have a fresh start on positive threads that are purposefully giving props to Lucid team members.

I want to give some love to the people behind Lucid Motors! We all know the cars are incredible, but the people are what really make the experience. If you’ve had a great interaction with anyone at Lucid….factory, HQ, sales, service, delivery, wherever, I want to hear about it! Who stood out...

Add another facial recognition under your driver profile wearing your sunglasses.

Lucid will definitely refer you out to a certified body shop for anything that they don’t handle in house. They will get them the parts and will handle any recalibrations if needed.

This was from the certified body shop and included paint, etc.

It was $7k. Broken running light, grill, and actuator.

I’m in the far East Bay and have never had a problem. Between Milbrae, Rocklin, and mobile service I’ve always been able to get an appointment for minor things within a couple weeks and anything major right away. But someone should absolutely be at least returning your call.
