I have pure and touring reservations. It might be enough to tilt me to other alternatives like Nissan Ariya. It’s a totally different car and I’m going to decide after test driving both.

The error I get is to call Lucid to link your car.. No Vehicle Linked To use remote features, your Lucid mobile app must be linked to a registered vehicle. If you are a new Lucid owner, call Lucid Customer Care to link your Lucid Account with your new vehicle.

Lucid is hiring rapidly so it won’t be surprising to see some sales people less knowledgeable than others. Quite possible some old time sales people have direct contact to marketing and engineering thus know much more than they should :)
