Northeast Lucid regional area

If you can make it to NE PA, I'd recommend the following roads:

Silver Lake Road/Pike County Road 2004 (Connecting PA 739 and PA 402) - Dingman's Ferry
Masthope Plank Road (connecting Welcome Lake Road and PA-590) - Hawley/Lackawaxen
