In Florida, I pay $0.164 per Kw when I charge at home. Like $12 for a fairly full charge. Usually it is like $9 dollars. I also charge once a month or so in a free EA charger around me. So for me, $31 per month is too much. I would not do it.

Wow, really bad when you look at the details. I pay $.0164 anytime I charge at home. I did not choose the off peak program at home since we have people at home all day.
