I picked up my '25 Air Pure from Scottsdale a month ago, and have now joined this group. It's a really nice car.
Being completely unfamiliar with Lucid cars (and EVs in general) I have a few questions:

1. When the car first begins to move (either forward or in reverse) I hear a distinct "clunk" sound coming from the rear undercarriage (I have a RWD car) - it's a brief, one-time sound as if something bumped into something else. Is this OK? I cannot recall if that sound was there from day one.

2. I prefer my clocks in 24-hour format, but with this vehicle, every time I set it as such, it reverts back to 12-hr format the next time I get in the car. It appears to be a simple software bug. If any Lucid folk are listening, please fix this bug!

Thanks!

In case someone hasn't replied yet;

1. The clunk is normal. It's the hold brake releasing when you get underway. EVs all use some form of this to keep from rolling when you're stopped. Some are quieter than others.

2. I haven't looked at this before. I'll try it and see if I have the same issue. If that's the case, I'll ask a few people I know if they can fix it in a (near) future software update.

Thank you for your reply! Much appreciated.
I hope they fix the software-related irritants soon.
Version 2.7 just came out, haven’t checked it out yet.
