Greetings! Expecting delivery next week of Gravity DE in Troy, north of Detroit. I'll be reliant on Mobile Service and Coldwater SC - can't wait for the car but always open to feedback on service experiences.

Hey neighbor, I'm in the Sterling Heights area. Looking forward to finally seeing a Gravity over here! Coldwater has always provided exemplary service for me & the people there are great!

Agree. Coldwater has been great. I drove down there once just to say "hi" and "thanks" but otherwise they come to the house and do whatever they can on site and swap me for a loaner when it needs to be done in their garage.

So far, car has been in service for a while, but Jason has been good at communicating and I am more interested in getting the car back (scheduled for Monday) with everything fixed rather than doing a back and forth.

Car wouldn't charge due to not locking the charger handle in the receptacle. Ended up replacing MPB (Wunderbox). A variety of Techical Service Bulletin issues, etc.

Car has been great since I got it back. Little fob things, but due to this forum, they are short lived with our workarounds.
