Where do you take your vehicle for service? Do you go to Rocklin, or is there a local "certified mechanic" in Utah

There is a mobile tech for Lucid located in SLC. Rocklin is near Sacramento, CA.

I take delivery on a Gravity later this month. I'm wondering if the mobile tech is good? How is the response time? Can I report all my issues to the mobile tech and expect satisfaction?

You can open a service request with Lucid. They will schedule initially with the local mobile service out of SLC. I think once you have that contact, you might be able to schedule directly - not sure. There are two Lucid Airs in my neighhood. They are pleased with mobile service. Where are you located - what town?
