Yeah mine is the same. Quite the administration fee. Haven't had time to contact Miami office to find out if they had a deal with garage.

That garage is a bit odd. When I parked there for the first time, they had attendants passing out little business cards with QR codes for the parking website. You have to register an account and link your plate number, then they auto charge you by reading your plate. I was parked for about 1.5 hours and was charged about $13. Maybe they tacked on some fees since they had to mail you the invoice and find your address?

They charged admin fee of $25. I contacted them and it looks like they waived my parking fees altogether.

I called Lucid Miami and they told me that parking was on us for the event. They said payment was owed when we left the garage. So I paid the $40 including the $25 fee.
