    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Dude, I just violated my own rule I had made for myself. Natick had a Black/Tahoe DE getting prepped to deliver to an owner in Germany I saw today, and it looked SOOOOO GOOOOD that I switched my order on the spot from Green/Tahoe to Black/Tahoe. I’ll put up with the need to clean it every...

I didn’t see any artifacts in the HUD in my test drive aside from a whitish bubble in the bottom right but only if the sun hit it a certain way. The HUD is great, people who are complaining about it either need a software update or actually haven’t seen it in person.

I just test drove a Gravity GT and Drive Assist and HUD worked great, furthermore Drive Assist activated just like it did in the Air, by holding the button on the wheel. Furthermore Drive Assist was working on a road that wasn’t a highway that the Air DA did not work on, and guess what fools...

New to the Lucid Family - From Model X to Gravity Dream Edition

I’m 5’3” and had no problem getting the seat set exactly like my Air in the demo GT at Natick, so I hope @iThinkEV can get a solution worked out for his wife that’s better than the Indiana Jones Temple of Doom platform shoes like Short Round had!

Over a week with Gravity, my thoughts

Excellent, good job in the video! Yeah the rear screen makes sense, just like how rear climate in the Air only turns on if someone is in the back seat (sadly it doesn’t sense my daughters car seat so I’m always having to manually activate rear climate). Is part 2 of the Charge Pozitive video...

See this is why I’m a little embarrassed about initially complaining Lucid didn’t have Homelink. They’ve demonstrated repeatedly that if they are able to do something, they figure out a way, it just can take time and they don’t always communicate the situation to owners well, but they are...

New to the Lucid Family - From Model X to Gravity Dream Edition

How does Sprint mode acceleration in the Gravity compare to Plaid? I’m sure Plaid feels more like a rocket launch which is cool, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE Sprint mode in the Air as the throttle response feels like a yo-yo, like the car gets lighter and it’s just immediately darting to wherever you...

New to the Lucid Family - From Model X to Gravity Dream Edition

Ouch. Yeah my co-worker has an X, I’m hoping I can convince him to switch to Gravity. I’ve had my Air since April 2022, and I won’t lie, it has had a lot of problems but they were all due to being early build, and most issues other owners have not had aside from Frunk latch mechanism and the...

Nice house but you need to move haha. So I’m confused, the reboot fixed your black screen or no?

Thanks for all the info you’re posting and keep it up, I’ll be following in anticipation of getting my GGT this fall!

Over a week with Gravity, my thoughts

That’s really funny, the Gravity GT I sat in at Natick for those circle buttons on either side of the display would raise seat heat if you clicked them up, and cool the seat progressively more if you pushed them down, I thought it was a brilliant use for dual direction switches. No it did not...

Week of testing - Best EV of 2025

I removed this from the Gravity delivery thread so as not to derail that topic, but of note, my wife’s 2024 Volvo V60 PHEV last software update was November 18 2024, since then they have released…and then pulled FIVE more software updates, one which was an improvement to lane keeping ADAS and...

Ok I’ll agree to behave. I even deleted a post about the 5 pulled software updates this year for my wife’s Volvo V60 PHEV 🤣.

Week of testing - Best EV of 2025

If it’s stated as opinion, you are correct. If it is stated as “it’s outrageous the car can’t do X Y Z” when they’re either factually wrong (the Reddit poster didn’t know how to make Drive Assist the default) or don’t know the context, such as myself when I initially thought it was BS Gravity...

Week of testing - Best EV of 2025

I actually consider myself a fanboy but also criticize when it’s something I think actually matters and could be fixed. So here are the software issues experienced by me this year. -rarely wireless CarPlay doesn’t load. I figured out why, it’s because I was not out of the car very long, like...

I’m wonder if those who are having DD pro issues contrary to what @HC_79 and @borski are experiencing is due to connectivity problems, like the car doesn’t know you’re on an approved road because it hasn’t downloaded the offline map cuz of poor connectivity?
