I don't get it to this extent but the dreamdrive is very unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but there isn't really a rhyme or reason why.

One thing that helped was upgrading the computer. I paid for it and it dramatically improved the performance of Android Auto. That being said, it still gives me trouble once in a while and can't seem to figure out how to connect so I have to reset it once in a while.
